MoF & MoHE Ink Agreement on Printing of Diplomas, Transcripts

The agreement on printing diplomas and transcripts between the ministries of finance (MoF) and higher education (MoHE) was signed by the minister of MoF Mullah Muhammad Naser Akhund and the minister of MoHE Sheikh Maulawi Nida Muhammad Nadeem in the meeting hall of MoF.
In this meeting, Minister MoF Alhaji Mullah Muhammad Naser Akhund, Minister of MoHE Sheikh Maulawi Nida Muhammad Nadeem, MoF’s General Directorate of Chief of Staff Sultan Muhammad Zubair and a number of other senior officials participated.
At the beginning, MoF’s General Directorate of Chief of Staff gave an opening speech to the participants of the meeting. Then the Minister MoF Mullah Muhammad Naser Akhund said: “we appreciate the MoHE and feel very happy that we are doing this agreement due to before these documents would print in Germany and had high costs. Fortunately, now these documents are printed in our country using advanced machinery and its quality is equal to the international standard.”
Minister of MoF requested all other offices to print all their valuable documents in this printing press, In order to get rid of the fatigue and hardships of foreign trips and on the other hand, the revenue will be collected in the treasury of IEA.
The Minister of MoHE, Maulawi Nida Mohammad Nadeem told the participants: “it’s pleasing chance, that we have witnessed many developments after the re-establishment of the IEA for the first time and we are witnessing another great development.”
The Minister of MoHE added that during the past two years, they had many problems in this area. Previously, the printing of these documents was done in Germany that they are now signing an agreement for one million documents (five hundred thousand diplomas and five hundred thousand transcripts) with MoF; Therefore, the Ministry of Finance has the ability to meet MoHE needs and wants, whether it is in the private or the Emirate sector, through them, this is a big advance. Samples that were printed by Immune Documents Printing Press SOC, checked on behalf of MoHE professional and technical staff and that printing quality was better than the previous documents, even the protective and precautionary measures (avoiding from fake) documents have been considered for printing are stronger than the previous documents, that with this they will have solved the problem of the students. Minister of MoHE additionally said, By this they will have prevented corruption and will have benefited the country's revenue. To those students who have not been given certificates since the past two years, the distribution will be started from today and this problem will be solved.

Mr. Minister of MoHE additionally mentioned in his speech that he expressed his satisfaction with the affairs of the MoF and praised the previous initiative of the MoF, which an examination was provided for the appointment of hundreds of newly graduated students in the Ministry of Finance, among which 50 graduated students have been appointed in MoF and the process of hiring the remaining successful students is going on.
