Delegation of General Directorate of Treasury Travels to Balkh, Jawzjan, Samangan Provinces

A 12-members technical delegation of General Directorate of Treasury of MoF headed by the Director of AFMIS (Afghanistan Financial Management Information System), Sataruddin Mutasim and Director of accounting, Muhibullah Sahibzada traveled to Balkh, Jawzjan and Samangan provinces and evaluated the financial affairs of provincial administrations.
The delegation met with the financial officers of all provincial bodies, including provincials Mustofiyats (Financial Department), with the intention to clear up the problems in the implementation of expenses, so that the provincial agencies can implement their expenses timely and in accurate manner.

The delegation consulted with the officials regarding to preventing wasteful expenses, ending bureaucracy, strengthening coordination between Mustofiyats and provincial agencies, bringing transparency and improvement in administrative actions, shortening long processes, accurate and timely accounting, and other related issues.
