۲. په جرم نه وي محکوم سوی.
۳. د موټر چلولو جواز ولري.
۴. په هیڅ ډول وژونکي ناروغۍ اخته نه وي.
۵. د دولت یو رسمي کارمند به یې ضمانت کوي.
