Application to Track Finance DocumentsLaunched
On August 10, 2020, Mr. Abdul Habib Zadran, Deputy Minister of Finance at MoF, informed of launching an application to trackfinance documents.
The aim of this application is to manage and track documents and correspondents between internal and external departments of DM Finance, to speed up the work processes, and avoid time waste and overcrowding clients. The application will be installed and used in all departments of DM Finance.
The application was built by the Information and Technology Directorate of the Ministry of Finance and has featuresto manage and follow up on documents and correspondents under the process; as well as show how to develop documents, send e-mails to clients and stakeholders after completing the documents processes; likewise, it has the features to submit decisions based on interaction of the users with the system.
The application link will be published this week through social media pages of the Ministry of Finance and will be available to the clients and involved departments.
