M.Sc level Education in    Money, Banking and Finance from University of Middlesex London. 1999_2001

Diploma in teaching rules and   higher education research from Barnet College London 2001_2002.

After obtaining Master degree,

Scientific Research in banking and Financial Economics in the Department of Economic, University of Metrpoten, London.  

         Work experience

Ø      Worked as Specialist in foreign currency in Tams Cook Financial  Services Co. London and in the same time worked as Part Time  teacher in the Department of Management and Business in Waltem Forest College London  2001----2002 

Ø      Worked as a teacher in the  Faculty of Economic in the Echemand college University of Kingston London and worked also as the coordinator of teaching in Financial Economics  in the Department of  Economics  for two semesters in the same University  2002—2004  

Ø      Has been selected as Scientific Researcher in the department of Economic, Finance and international business at the University of Metropolitan  London  April 2004 – June 2012   

Ø      Consultant in Presidential Office in Economical Affairs May 2004—up to now

Ø      Member of National Economic High Commission July 2004 up to now

Ø      Worked as assistant Chief  in  the Da Afghanistan Bank  9 September 2004 up to December 2004

Ø      Appointed as Deputy Minister Finance in the Ministry of Finance December 2004 up to now.
