Training Department
The contemporary view of capacity-building goes
beyond the conventional perception of training. The central concerns of
management are to manage change, to resolve problems and shortcomings in the
work process, to enhance coordination, to foster communication, and to ensure
that data and information. These
concerns require a broad and holistic view of capacity development.
To establish capacity building, the Ministry of
Finance has taken a great deal of measures to establish a training
department. Both Afghan and invited foreign experts are holding
seminars, conferences, workshops and long-term and short-term training
courses for the employees of both the headquarters and provinces to improve
their knowledge and understanding of Finance Ministry’s related works
as well as updating them of the new changes.
