SEMINARS & WORKSHOPS:

1.      Participation in (HUMANITY) seminar conducted by ICRC in Jalalabad in collaboration with the University of Nangarhar. I presented the article No. 3 under the research sub-heading.

2.      Attending third assembly of the United Nations of the People in Italy.

3.      Actively participating in a number of other mine awareness and mine clearance demonstrations held by  OMAR in collaboration with the Italian Campaign to Ban Land Mines (ICBL) in Italy.

4.      Participating in a number of Mine Awareness workshops conducted by OMAR and UNMACA.

5.      Attending ACBL meetings, seminars and workshops.

6.      Participation in the Drug Control Training Programme at Kabul ( 21 April, 003 – 1 May, 003 ) on the strategic and operational role of the CND, alternative livelihoods, drug demand reduction, drug law enforcement, judicial reform, illicit crop monitoring.

7.      Participating in the Legislative Commission as member to prepare and finilize Drug Contorl Law. The commission consisted of 13 members; a three person delegation of UNODC HQ legal advisory group based in Vienna, Nine members from the ministry of justice (MoJ) and me from CND/NSC.

8.      Participation in the International Drug Control Conference held in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs conference room on Febraury 8 – 9, 2004. I chaired Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Thematic Group and performed the other day of conference as the anouncer and facilitator.

9.      Participation in the Law Enforment workshop on May 11 – 15, 2004, charing Two days of the workshop.

10.  Participation in the palnning development workshop of the Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Reform.

11.  Participation in the Regional Counter Narcotice Conferenc on 30 June, 2004 in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
