Human Resource Directorate (HRD)
Being a large model of Independent Administrative Reform and Civil Service Commission (IARCSC), and a centralized Human Resources Management entity, HRD at MoF was officially introduced and launched on April 2009 which is equal to Hoot of 1387 in MoF, (Organizational Structure is attached bellow).
HRD of MoF is mainly consisted of 5 major sections which are: Organizational Development Section, Recruitment Section, Training and Development Section, Performance Appraisal and Records Keeping Section and Employee Relations Section. HRD of MoF has 92 positions as per the structure that 75 of them are employees from grade 2 to 6 and 17 of them are skilled and non skilled labor.
Mr. Musa Kamawi, being a fresh blood, professional and well experienced in HR with a strong educational background, he joined MoF-HRD as HR director on 7th April 2009 that is equal to Hamal 1388. He was introduced by H.E Minister to MoF staff.
